What We Do
Safe Operations personnel are possibly best defined by describing what
we are not; we are not “safety heads”, “safety cops”, self-described
“safety experts” or “want-to-be safety professionals”.
We are front-line workers where the “rubber meets the road”; we work
with change on a daily basis.
It can be a change in personnel, change in the weather, changes
of job scope, change of equipment or changes in legislative
requirements.
We are management of change agents working in operations that reduce
incidents and losses; thereby, increasing worker safety and security as
well as return on investment.
We at Safe Operations are not going to tell you we are the best; we
leave those words for our competitors and our clients.
